Job Description
- Software Development: System analysis and design, testing, and deployment for web applications; study, evaluate, propose, and implement solutions to enhance system development; collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand user needs and provide technical solutions

Global Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics

Job Description
- Explore and develop new business opportunities for Contract Logistics in the Globe, including USA, Canada, EU and Asia.
- Build a strong Contract Logistics opportunity pipeline with targeting USA customers in conjunction with the sales & operations teams
- Cooperate with Business Units, identification and delivery of Logistics solution capability to match existing/potential customer & future market needs.
- Prepare and conduct customer visits, calls, presentations and commercial and contractual discussions as required
- Be responsible for proposal compilation, quotation and presentation for new business inquiries and RFP/RFQ
- Coordinate with internal parties for new customer implementation including project plan, solution design, warehouse setup, SOP, cost analysis and contracting etc. ensuring project implementations in good order
- Liaise with vendors/3PLs ensuring operation performance meets customer requirement

Qualifications
- Local and familiar with the US market
- Minimum 3-5 years fundamental experience in the logistics industry and 2 years’ experience in contract logistics
- Experience in 3PL Contract Management (either as service provider, or service ‘buyer’)
- Excellent process, analytical and financial/costing skills
- Very good understanding of Operations management in Logistics or Manufacturing Environment
- International work experience in the logistics industry
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-driven deadline environment
- Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
- Fluent communication skills in Chinese will be a plus
- Mature, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity
