Mr. Paul Chien founded Dimerco Express Group on July 15, 1971. Under his leadership, the company grew from one freight forwarding office in Taiwan into a global leader in logistics management, serving customers from 150+ Dimerco offices, 80 contract logistics operations, and 200+ strategic partner agents across four continents. Mr. Chien was the driving force in making Dimerco the first publicly listed global logistics company in Taiwan (2001). He continues to provide guidance to ensure the company’s strategy and values remain true to its roots.

Carrying forward the vision and values of Dimerco’s founder, Mr. Paul Chien, Wendy Chien assumed the role of Chairwoman of Dimerco Express Group in 2024. Wendy joined Dimerco in 2005 and has held management roles in Human Resources, Marketing and Operations in both North America and Greater China. In 2019, she was named Managing Director of Contract Logistics, where she assumed P&L responsibility for one of the company three business units. At the same time, she became a member of the Executive Management Board (EMB). Now, as Chairwoman, Wendy will work with the company’s senior leaders to chart company strategy and ensure operations drive value for both customers and shareholders.

Jeffrey began his career with Dimerco in Taipei, Taiwan, in 1988. He later served as the San Francisco Branch Manager and subsequently as the General Manager from 1991 to 2003. After spending two years as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain with Vizio, Jeffrey transitioned back to Dimerco’s North America regional office in 2005 as the Marketing Director. He then advanced to the role of Vice President and Global Account Manager in 2012. In 2016, he relocated to Singapore to manage the Southeast Asia region.

In 2019, Jeffrey was appointed as a member of the Executive Management Board (EMB), focusing on air freight. Later, he transferred back to the Dimerco US branch in July 2022, assuming the role of Chief Executive Manager of the EMB and President of the Dimerco US branch. As of December 2023, Jeffrey has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for leading and overseeing the management of Dimerco Express Group.
