ABOUT YOU
We seek logistics businesses that handle international air and ocean freight, including licensed freight forwarders, NVOCCs and customs brokers. If you offer a complimentary service like warehousing, trucking or project cargo, we’re eager to explore.
Our best partner candidates will have the following characteristics:
- A primary business focus on air and ocean exports/imports and/or Customs Brokerage.
- At least 5 years operating their business.
- Hold appropriate license or certification: IATA, FMC, NVOCC, Customs Brokerage.

PROVEN SUCCESS MODEL
Phoenix- Arizona-based BC Logistics provided global and domestic shipping in the Southwest. The company’s owners were approaching retirement and sought an exit strategy. Dimerco and BC Logistics agreed on a Joint Venture in 2022 and, today, BC Logistics has become Dimerco’s Phoenix, USA branch. According to BC Logistics’ Jeff Carlson, “Our customers have certainly benefited from our partnership with Dimerco. Looking back at the entire transition process, I don’t think I’d change a thing.”
UniAir Cargo provides complete logistics services in Indonesia. Through a joint venture with Dimerco, the company provides its customers with full global logistics support.
