Dimerco Express Corporation (5609) today announced the consolidated financial report of Y2021 Consolidated sales revenue of Y2021 is NTD 38,986 million, an increase of 69.9% compared to Y2020.
Consolidated net income after tax is NTD 2,310 million, an increase of 112.8% compared to Y2020. Earnings per share is NTD 16.98, an increase of 112.8% compared to Y2020. BOD approved the earnings distribution proposal of Y2021’s net profit as follows; to distribute cash dividend NTD 10.2 per share with 60% distribution percentage. The proposal will be included in the meeting agenda in Y2022 shareholders’ meeting.
