Dimerco Express Group reported historical record high revenue for 2022 at its Annual Management Meeting during 9th-11th February, 2023, where the company also celebrated the 43rd anniversary of the founding of Dimerco Express (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. after a 3-year postponement due to COVID-19.
Opening the meeting, Chief Executive Management (CEM), Mr. Jeffrey Shih noted the historical milestone achieved by Dimerco with over USD$1,370 million sales revenue in 2022 (unaudited) and highlighted the company’s achievements. In addition, Mr. Shih outlined the start of its Digital Transformation milestone, based on years development of information technology, Dimerco not only upgrades internal digital capability and external online services but also, utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology, internally develops DimBot for automation of forecasting, tracking and analysis to support operations. This externally integrates with the MyDimerco platform for customized dashboards, online inquiries and virtual customer service to meet the ever-changing market trend.
The conference was attended by Dimerco managers and long-term strategic partners from nearly 20 countries along with local guests from airlines, ocean carriers and customers. All were recognized for their contributions towards the continuing success of the business and a number were awarded for their exceptional performance.
