On August 16, 2025, Dimerco Express Group (5609) held its annual ESG environmental protection initiative, the “Eco Tamsui River – Guandu Cleanup Action,” under the theme “Hand in Hand, Clean the Land – Sustainability is Dimerco’s Stand.” Employees and their families, including many children serving as “little eco-warriors,” joined the activity to help protect the river ecosystem. To enhance both environmental awareness and participation, the event featured team competitions with gift vouchers as incentives.
Since 2022, Dimerco has partnered annually with The Society of Wilderness to promote ecological protection: in 2023, removing introduced plants from the Wugu Wetlands; in 2024, clearing 352.3 kilograms of waste from Tamsui Zhuwei. This year’s 2025 Guandu Cleanup once again rallied employees and families, successfully removing 504.5 kilograms of waste, furthering the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and a sustainable future.
Guided by the vision “A Better World, A Sustainable Future,” Dimerco continues to advance sustainability. In June 2025, the company published its first Sustainability Report, verified by a third party. Dimerco has also been recognized for the fourth consecutive year by Inbound Logistics as one of the Top 75 Green Supply Chain Partners 2025, and was honored as Best Green Logistics Provider at the Asian Freight Logistics and Supply Chain awards, showing its global leadership in sustainable logistics.
As climate change intensifies, Dimerco recognizes the importance of sustainability for both present and future generations. While driving business growth, the company actively implements ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles to minimize environmental impact. Its sustainability efforts extend beyond internal operations to include contributions to society and ecosystems.
Dimerco has set a carbon reduction target using 2023 as the baseline year, aiming for a 30% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030, and achieving 100% renewable electricity consumption in offices by 2050. Alongside internal energy-saving measures and ecological protection actions, Dimerco is optimizing transport models and collaborating with supply chain partners to further reduce emissions. In 2024, Dimerco partnered with Cathay Pacific to join the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) program, enabling customers to cut carbon emissions and effectively reduce greenhouse gases associated with air freight, which is an important step toward global sustainability.
