Sustainable Supply Chain Integration: Green Logistics
Since 2024, Dimerco has continuously strengthened sustainable supply chain management by incorporating the establishment of greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets as an environmental criterion in supplier evaluations, supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.
For aviation suppliers with high operational relevance – those whose contracted transport tonnage accounts for more than 80% of total cargo tonnage – we have identified the top ten key suppliers. Among them, 90% have publicly disclosed their GHG reduction targets, demonstrating their significant influence on our operations. Dimerco regards suppliers that have disclosed reduction targets as having initiated improvement actions and will continue to monitor the progress of these targets to enhance the effectiveness of climate-related management.

Implementation Status
In carbon reduction efforts, in January 2024, Dimerco partnered with Cathay Pacific Airways to join its Corporate Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Program. Compared to conventional fossil fuels, this innovative fuel can reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by up to 80%, representing a critical breakthrough in decarbonizing the aviation industry.
Not only did we take the lead in participation, but we also actively promoted the benefits of SAF to global customers and invited multinational clients to join in optimizing their international transportation carbon footprint. Furthermore, in August 2024, we entered a collaboration with Acer Group and Cathay Cargo (Cathay Pacific Airways), signing an agreement to use sustainable aviation fuel to reduce carbon emissions in air freight. This concrete action demonstrates our commitment to significantly lowering aviation-related GHG emissions and contributing to the sustainable development of the planet.
Between 2022 and 2023, in response to the global trend toward green logistics, Dimerco initiated a greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory process and successfully obtained ISO 14064-1:2018 certification for GHG accounting. At the same time, we implemented the EcoTransIT World system, recognized by the international organization Smart Freight Centre (SFC), to calculate carbon emissions from air, sea, and land transport operations. Leveraging our self-developed MyDimerco platform, we are able to efficiently generate comprehensive carbon emission reports.
MyDimerco Generates Reports on Cargo Volume and Carbon Emissions for Air and Sea Transport

Dimerco actively participates in global environmental initiatives. In 2023, we were honored with a B- rating in the CDP Climate Change Questionnaire, demonstrating that our sustainability performance in multimodal transport and logistics across Asia and globally exceeds the industry average. Through a secure cloud-based system and automated workflows, we have significantly reduced paperwork exchanges between internal teams and customers, actively promoting paperless processes in air freight operations. Additionally, we have taken a leadership role in the IATA e-AWB (Electronic Air Waybill) project, driving innovation and sustainability in air cargo operations.
We also promote green transportation solutions by advising customers on more environmentally friendly transport modes based on cost and carbon emission differences across air, sea, rail, and road transport. Through our patented Consolidation Yield Management (CYM®) system (Patent No. I 505230), we integrate diverse transportation data to reduce carbon footprints while enhancing overall logistics efficiency.
Future Goals
In the course of our operational development, Dimerco remains committed to addressing climate change and advancing the sustainability of our planet. Since completing our first annual greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and obtaining ISO 14064-1:2018 verification in 2022, we have aligned our targets with the international goal of limiting global warming to within 1.5°C. Using 2023 as the baseline year, we have set a mid-term goal to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 30% by 2030.
Looking ahead, our long-term vision is to achieve 100% renewable energy usage for office electricity by 2050. Internally, we implement energy-saving measures, while externally we collaborate with supply chain partners to promote decarbonization efforts, striving to build a truly green supply chain.
